An insight into the world of comedian Fred Spanner.
Fred has been on the peripheral of the comedy circuit for many years and is performing
his first ever one-man show for the Free Fringe in 2009, after finally looking up the word
peripheral.
His TV credits include Britains Got Tourettes, Bring Back
Laurel and Hardy
(in which he was famously arrested for graverobbing) and the BBC documentary The
Future Of Time Travel, filmed in the glorious summer of 2035.
The show will commence with a five-minute film showing off some of Freds previous
work and possibly an insight into the nocturnal exploits of the French Au Pair living
across the road if the films get mixed up.
He promises 'good old fashioned humour'. Jokes with punchlines (ask your grandfather)
and the answer to one of lifes most important, unanswered questions.
Warning- NOT family friendly- show may contain references to Rolf Harris and
suicide-bomber chickens.
