Dark jokes and crowd work from an unfiltered and uncensored/ unsafe space. Comedian and therapist Yoky Yu brings her raw-open-heart to you from the hell of her soul, unleashing her contagious free spirit from life experiences out of China, U.S.A, & Spain.

There is no punching up or down for her as the East Infection will come and get everyone. Not clean, not safe, not left and not right, but all coming from the right place of heart! Geopolitical darkness + shameless personal stories about sex, social issues, politics, religion and relationships coming from a queer immigrant = chaos and nonsense and laughs.

Having grown up in China and lived in the "West", Yoky spreads funny germs one European city at a time.
“Sharp witted, quick tongued, edgy and 100% hilarious. Expect the unexpected with Yoky!" -A British White Lady
“Very funny” -A Few Black Ladies
“Go back to your country!” -Her mom.

Yoky Yu is a riot.

In this curious venue with aircraft-style seating (all very much economy), she creates a controlled anarchy as she facilitates an audience therapy session liberally sprinkled with smut and silliness.

Drawing from her work as a therapist, she role-plays generational trauma with audience members, very few of whom are not picked on.

Hailing from China, she doesn’t hold back with gags about the surveillance state and child policies.

She has impressive improvisational chops and creates an inclusive atmosphere despite being utterly and gloriously inappropriate at all times. Click Here
