A stand-up show designed to lower your heart rate.

Peter would love to nap, but he can’t seem to do it.

Award-nominated anti-comedian and festival favourite Peter Bazely insists you try to nap during his show. His ideal outcome is everyone falling asleep so he can go on his phone. Peter really likes going on his phone.

Afternoons are hard. Energy disappears. Thoughts arrive uninvited. Your brain says, “Yeah, why not — let’s relive every embarrassing thing you’ve ever said, in chronological order.”

Sleep is apparently important if you want to be successful. Peter has heard this. Peter would like to try being successful, just to see if it fits.

Some people listen. Some people drift. Some people close their eyes just to rest them and wake up forty minutes later.

Snoring is a welcome heckle.
Comfy clothes encouraged. Pillows and cuddly toys welcome.

This is not a test. It’s a live comedy experiment hovering somewhere between being awake and asleep, concentrating and giving up.

If someone nods off, that’s five stars.
