TV Star Donald McGinty is ready to share how he overcame his own fear of the sea after it had claimed his grandfather and several guests on his TV show "Going Coastal", the seventeenth highest rated outdoor magazine format show in the 1-2am slot on the nations second favourite broadcaster. In just under an hour, Donald will help you overcome your own fear of drowning in the crushing depths of the dark, unforgiving ocean. There will also be a surprisingly earnest bit about the environment, live updates on the seagull appeal, and Donald will be announcing the winner of the 2025 Calendar Competition! Get ready to set sail and answer the call of nature with Donald McGinty. But remember, as the old McGinty family saying goes, "whin adventure beckons, be daein' yer business afore ye leave th' hoose."This award-nominated parody show (Best Poster Design - Brighton Fringe 2024) is coming to the Edinburgh Fringe for the first time. What people are saying about this show:"McGinty proves an affable captain of this enjoyable pleasure cruise." Chortle"I went to this show and I haven't drowned since." Life's A Beach Magazine "The seats were surprisingly comfortable." Theatre Seats QuarterlyWritten and performed by Sean Mason from the award-winning improv comedy troupe ComedySportz (Winners - Best Alternative Act 2023 - North West Comedy Awards).
