This show combines raunchy comedy with hard-hitting truths about life in the USSR, and The Pussy’s experiences in Britain. In her show the Pussy explores parallels between modern political trends and surreal Soviet censorship, and of course the glorification of the female body, and of the many mysteries and delights that it has to offer. Following up on last year’s show that The Mumble gave 4 stars, The Pussy’s new show delves into the most hilarious and bizarre aspects of life in the former USSR and through intensely hard-hitting comedy draws parallels with modern-day Britain. Helen offers a unique insight to life in the USSR, and outrageously raunchy humour, to bring diverse audiences together in a community of endless laughter. Helen, The Pussy, is also a cancer survivor, and she is on a mission to inspire people to seize every day, to fight back, and to know that there is life after cancer, too.
