In her show, “Dutch Courage”, British comedian Rachel Morton-Young takes you on a stroll down Amsterdam's cobbled streets, where bicycles rule, and everyone embraces the unconventional. She provides an insider's perspective on the cultural quirks that define expat life, all delivered with genuine humour. In her friendly, chatty and relatable style Rachel explores the sometimes perplexing, occasionally bewildering, and always entertaining experiences of living as an expat in the land of tulips and windmills. From unusual bra fittings, to deciphering the seemingly unsexy Dutch language and embracing random traditions, Rachel sheds light on the cultural chasm between her British roots and her adopted Dutch home.
