Rachael Milne (aka Raquelita La Fantastica) is an English-born, Portugal-based stand-up comedian whose sharp observational comedy blends self-deprecation, social commentary and brutally honest storytelling.
A former corporate hack turned comic, Rachael draws on real-life chaos, dating disasters, body image, binge eating, fat jabs, peri-menopause, and the modern pressure to “have it all” to deliver comedy that is both hilarious and uncomfortably relatable.
Her 50-minute show, The Devil Wears Primark, explores identity, ageing, consumer culture and the performance of womanhood in a world addicted to image, fast fashion and quiet desperation. With warmth, bite, and a refusal to sugar-coat reality, Rachael dissects the gap between how women are expected to look, live and behave, and what actually happens behind closed doors.
Rachael is a regular on the Lisbon comedy scene, both performing and hosting. She has performed in 100+ seater theatres, comedy clubs, music festivals, bars, restaurants, dive bars, caves and dubious-looking cellars. She has also performed in Spain, Ireland, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, the Galápagos Islands and at the Stand Up Europe Comedy Festivals.
Smart, fearless, and deeply human, Rachael Milne delivers comedy that makes audiences laugh, wince, and feel very seen.
