Things have changed now with live performance, offering new ways to enjoy Comedy shows

For the foreseeable future we all need to be aware of the additional procedures to make sure events are safe and risk-free for audiences, performers, staff and everyone else - while still having a great time!

For all in-person events at venues, our comedy specialists are well-versed in the safety procedures now required for Covid safety and social distancing where required and we can provide full advice and assistance on running a covid-safe event, as well as all of the risk assessments you may need yourself, for your venue, or for your company. Whatever we do will follow the governments current safety guidelines.

What's more all our in-person comedy events now carry a covid-19 risk-free guarantee, meaning if your event needs to be postponed, cancelled or changed due to Covid then that isn't a problem - and we can work with you to find the best solution should restrictions mean an event has to change, or offer you a full refund if the event needs to be cancelled.

At Laughing Horse we have also built up our experience running alternative formats for shows that can be used for an event during the pandemic - great comedy is not confined to only venues!

Comedians have adapted well through the 18+ months, to become experienced in performing in different ways, tailoring their performance to new types of shows that we can now organise for you.

Online Shows

We can provide comedians to perform via your video conferencing software or we can run this through our own zoom account. This format is very adaptable and we can book everything from a single act to a full show to entertain your colleagues or friends that have to be remote at the moment. These can be as interactive as in-person shows with compere, acts and all of the interaction you'd usually expect in a comedy venue - plus you can now truly run an event that reaches everyone you want to, wherever they are based - or indeed book a comedian from anywhere in the world.

Streaming Events

Stream an online event via social media, YouTube or websites using your platform our ours. A zoom event can be broadcast, or we can also broadcast events using streaming platforms including OBS and Streamyard to reach the remote audience you want to with your comedy event.

Outdoor Shows

With good weather and the summer, your audience can be outdoors and enjoying the laughter of a comedy show - how about under a marquee or even in the front gardens of their street while the comedian performs from the road? Our comedians have performed on a stage at a drive-in venue to cars - and even from a boat (with the audience on their own boats all around).
